Vineyards From a vineyard in Beja area (south Alentejo), with clay soil and shale.
Harvest Manual harvest in early September.
Vinification Fermentation with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats, followed by a soft maceration. Aged in used French barrels for 12 months.
