Vineyard From two different vineyards, one with 50 years old and granite soil. The other, younger, has predominance of Touriga-Nacional and clay soil (rare in the Dão region).
Harvest Manual harvest in early October.
Vinification Natural fermentation in stainless steel tank, followed by a long maceration. 50% of the wine aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.
